Dr. Yashari and his team are knowledgeable, empathetic, and communicative. Dr. Yashari is an excellent veteranarian who seems to truly care, balancing kindness with professionalism and objectivity. I am so sorry for forgetting the name of the staff member who did the majority of Diva's tests and spoke with us extensively regarding her treatment and well being, but she is incredible in her role and we will always be thankful for her kindness. The rest of the staff was similarly kind and attentive, looking out for us as well as our kitty. The small things matter in moments of crisis, and it was all appreciated. Despite being relatively busy, they handled it all in stride and we never once felt neglected or looked over. I recommend this facility wholeheartedly. We were blown away by the positive treatment Diva received, despite her poor health and our personal pain. Truly thankful for all the people who treated her, thank you all.

I brought my dog into the ER and was fortunate to meet Dr. Roberts, who compassionately guided us through a difficult time. She examined my dog and inquired about her condition, showcasing extraordinary care and empathy. Dr. Roberts exceptional kindness and dedication surpassed any veterinarian I've encountered. Erin, Dr. Roberts assistant was equally impressive, offering kindness and support. Together, they made a heart-wrenching decision more manageable with their compassion. Though I had to bid farewell to my beloved pet, their kindness eased the process, helping me find solace in a difficult moment. She was born with the heart, knowing she will capture everyone's heart she met.

My dog was acting very odd so took him in. He ingested a methamphetamine somehow! :-/ They tested his urine after realizing his behavior, did x-rays, provided meds & care. The staff was excellent and exceptionally caring throughout the entire day!! Made a very scary experience so much better. Thank you thank you!!! ;+)

Here’s a Google review you could post: ★★★★★ We had to make one of the hardest decisions a pet owner can make today and say goodbye to our sweet little hamster. I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into VEG ER for Pets in Alpharetta, but from the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered treated us with incredible compassion, kindness, and respect. They never made us feel rushed. They answered every question with patience and gave my daughter and me all the time we needed to say goodbye. Even though our pet was tiny, they treated her life as though it mattered just as much as any other animal that came through their doors. We never felt like just another case or another bill. Before we left, they gave us a clipping of her fur and the tiniest paw prints they’ve ever made. Those keepsakes mean more to us than I can put into words and will be something we treasure forever. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but VEG made an incredibly painful day just a little more bearable. We are grateful for the empathy, dignity, and genuine humanity they showed our family. Thank you for reminding us that the size of a life has nothing to do with the size of the love it leaves behind.

The staff saved my kitten’s life and I couldn’t be more thankful. She had to stay two nights and everyone who met her was so incredibly sweet to her. Special shoutout to Dr. Yodvilai and Dr. Biquet who were phenomenal in overseeing treatment and to all the nurses and techs. You did a wonderful job helping me feel safe to leave my baby in your hands.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about VEG ER for Pets. We rushed our dog Rue there after noticing she was suddenly breathing very strangely, and within hours we found out she had pneumonia. It was one of the scariest nights of our lives, but the team at VEG made us feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Our regular vet told us that Rue needed a higher level of care and specifically recommended VEG because of the resources and monitoring they could provide, and I’m so grateful they did. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated Rue with so much love, urgency, and compassion. The night team especially was absolutely incredible. They were patient, inclusive, comforting, and constantly kept us updated on how she was doing. Even though they were clearly busy, they never once made us feel rushed or unimportant. What stood out most was how genuinely caring everyone was. You can tell the people there truly love animals and care deeply about the families walking through their doors. They made an incredibly emotional and stressful experience feel so much more manageable, and that meant everything to us. Thankfully, Rue responded really well to treatment and is now back home recovering comfortably in her own bed. We are beyond grateful for the level of care, attention, and kindness VEG gave both Rue and our family during such a difficult moment. Thank you again for taking such amazing care of our girl. 💕

I'd definitely recommend them. My husky does do well at vets, so they allow you to stay with your fur baby the entire time, they have an open layout where staff comes to you so you aren’t stuck in a room. They were extremely gentle with him and me… and I know we both felt more relaxed!! You can tell they love their job and are dedicated to taking care of your pet.

Just had to give a massive shout-out to the amazing team at the VEG Pinecrest ER for pets! They were incredibly kind and helpful when my Bobo wasn't feeling his best. A special thank you to Dr. Castillo and nursery Romina for their gentle care and expertise. I felt so reassured knowing he was in such good hands. Truly appreciate all you did for my Bobo.

I am so beyond grateful for the AMAZING medical team at VEG ER in Cedar Park, both day and night shifts. It is thanks to them that my dog Oliver is with me at home today. He was admitted Sunday night - Tuesday morning as an intensive patient, trending septic with low blood cell counts, high blood pressure, amongst other very scary things. They acted very quickly and worked to stabilize him immediately. Not only did they provide him with around the clock, extremely detail-oriented care — they were so gentle with him, gave him so much love, talked to him so sweetly, and were so genuine and kind to myself and him. I had full confidence they were taking the absolute best care of him. The doctors and nurses consistently sat with me and talked through all of my many questions, explaining their answers very throughly. They listened to me and supported me at every moment. I was even able to have Oliver sleep with me in the hospital room on his last night, while they provided his care from there, because they knew he would be more comfortable with me in that room. During the discharge, I was assured I can call them at any time, with any questions I may have. Which I greatly appreciate — it’s scary having to closely monitor him and worry about another medical event happening post-discharge, but knowing how amazing the team is at VEG really reassures me. Thank you Dr. Naqvi & Dekayla, Dr. Melis & Adriana, and Dr. Pritchett & Milanka!!!

Went to VEG ER in Elk Grove, CA on Sunday 6/21/26. Let me start with they were absolutely wonderful! I have heard great things from friends in the vet field and I follow the VEG instagram as well. They definitely did not disappoint. My soul dog, Lilly, has kidney disease and heart disease and was fitting the symptoms for possible kidney failure. Nolan did our intake and was very kind and down to earth. Dr. Huntyr Mcmurty was Lilly’s doctor and she was compassionate, kind, caring, and listened very well. Dr. Mcmurty laid out what our options are and we agreed to proceed with blood work to check kidney values and go from there.after blood work supporting what I expected, extremely increased kidney values, Dr. Mcmurty explained our next options for hospital care or supportive care until humane euthanasia, of which we decided to do the latter since Lilly is 15.5yrs old. Overall the experience, as hard as it is to be with your sick fur baby, was very pleasant because of the wonderful care team and staff. I regret that I didn’t catch everyone’s name that helped Lilly, but each person was exceptional. All this to say it was very busy, a bit short staffed, and yet they still managed to remain calm, triage very well, and provide excellent care. If anyone needs an emergency vet I will always recommend VEG. Oh and those curious of pricing: with a sick and elderly dog I already expect to pay at least $500, and with ER vets I thought it would be significantly more, but was under $600 for an exam, blood work, medication, and subcutaneous fluids. So in my opinion very reasonable and well priced. Thank you VEG for all you do. Vets, vet techs, nurses, assistants, you are all amazing and no amount of praise can describe my gratitude towards you all. Thank you ❤️

We took our 16yo lab in on a Friday night. From the person who greeted us to our tech to our vet, I cannot overstate how kind and empathetic everyone was. It was wonderful for our family to be with Lucy the whole time. The fee was extremely reasonable for emergency care. Highly recommended!

VEG treated my sick dog with so much compassion and love. Dr. Sparks, Dr. McReynolds, Katelyn, Elexis, Marykate and Candice all were amazing, helpful and kind. We were dealing with a lot of uncertainty and trying to soak in a lot of information. The team was so patient and helped guide me through a difficult weekend. My dog is so anxious in vet offices but they took such good care of her. I followed their treatment plan and she was better within a week’s time! Hoping she never gets sick again, but if she does, I will go to VEG immediately.

VEG ran like a well oiled machine lubricated with compassion, care, teamwork. Everyone was engaged. No one seemed tired or irritated. We were there after midnight. There were several critical pets already there or that came in. They took precedence because my pup was not critical. However, I was made aware of the wait and why. We were checked on regularly and given wait time for labs & x-ray results. Hospitalization was handled the same way. And the day team was working with the same integrity and dedication. I will not hesitate to return or refer friends & family.

So grateful we have VEG in Woodbury. My dog had her first major ear infection that accelerated rapidly by the end of the day and the whole staff made the experience as good as an ER experience could be. My dog was well cared for and it was really lovely to see how much the staff cared about each family that came in. Also, the cost was not as high as I expected an ER visit to be. In these tough economic times, it’s a relief to know my dog could get the emergency help she needed at a cost that didn’t absolutely break the bank. Thank you so much to the amazing team at VEG.

We brought our sweet 8 year old pup in, on a Sunday evening, after she was having some stomach pain and bloating. Even though they were quite busy, they were very prompt to take a look at her and just make sure her vitals were stable. Within the first 20 minutes there, they got her in for an X-Ray and determined her stomach had flipped. The whole staff did amazing stabilizing her and getting her prepped for emergency surgery all while staying calm and organized. Throughout the surgery the surgeon and staff would give me a thumbs up through the window letting me know she was doing great. They kept us posted throughout the night and Into the morning. They were all amazing at answering all of our questions and going over her after care instructions. I highly recommend this clinic! It was very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were just outstanding!!! They were very comforting during the entire scary situation.

My Frenchie, Romeo, developed a sudden, severe ear infection overnight. While we were walking, he began screaming in pain and shaking his head uncontrollably. Being in Kingman, AZ, on a Saturday night with no vets open was heartbreaking and terrifying; I felt completely powerless watching him suffer through a night of whining and crying. As a truck driver, I was incredibly relieved to find this 24/7 hospital along my route in Henderson, NV, on Sunday morning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible. Dr. Lorenza Malaguti is truly amazing, she is skilled, caring, and showed so much love towards Romeo. The nurses were equally attentive and clearly passionate about their patients. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the nurses helping Romeo. It is now Monday night, and Romeo is already back to his happy self running, jumping, and pain-free! He’s even back to doing what he loves most: destroying cardboard boxes! I am beyond grateful for the service here. I didn’t mind the wait at all; I saw other owners coming in with even more serious emergencies and was happy to wait while they were helped (that definitely tells you that the staff prioritizes emergencies correctly, which is a sign of a well-run hospital). They took amazing care of my baby, and that is what matters most. Also, a quick tip for other Frenchie owners: These dogs require specific care and the bills can add up fast. I’m so glad I have pet insurance and highly recommend it to others!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We are BLOWN AWAY by this amazing crew 🤩 From the time we made the first phone call in absolute distress about our sweet Gwen, to the time we left, making cremation plans, everybody met us with calm compassion, healthy urgency, and ultimately genuine sympathy. When we arrived, we were not treated any less because our beloved pet was a gerbil … a literal rodent… Triage announced “let’s get eyes on this baby”, and updated my 11 year olds and me every second. We were guided to a comfy sitting area, where my kiddos and I were comforted and offered water. A sweet staff member went over options, from burial, cremation, or other personal ideas. Never once were we rushed or shushed, even though there were at least 3 other animals in their emergency care. We felt like the only patients there, and I cannot recommend them enough. 🥰

We’ve always had great experiences here but really appreciate Dr Wilson seeing our Milo, a blind and deaf husky, for some ongoing tummy troubles. On a stormy night the Dr showed concern for safe travel for our fosters and once onsite outlined the plan, again taking into consideration the late hours of the fosters. He was easy to talk with and ask questions to & very knowledgeable. Just a really great experience overall plus he showed a lot of consideration for our rescue funds. Dr Wilson stands out but we find every experience at VEG to be similiar, filled with compassionate, knowledgeable people who care about pets AND the people who are taking care of the pets. Milo shown here snoozing away while waiting on his test results.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for this veterinary clinic and its exceptional staff. They are incredibly professional, and Katie girl and I felt a profound sense of compassion and care from the entire team. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had more time with Katie girl, despite the uncertainty and risks involved. They took every measure they could to provide the best possible care, and I believe they did it to the best of their abilities. I won’t delve into all the details or make exaggerated claims about this group’s abilities. However, this particular miracle was unexpected for Katie and me. I want to emphasize that this clinic stands out as the best veterinary facility I’ve ever visited. The design and ambiance are delightful, but the staff truly surpasses all expectations. Their unwavering faith and determination are truly inspiring. When I was at my lowest, overwhelmed with tears and heartache, they were there to support me. They had unwavering faith in the outcome and kept reminding me not to lose hope. They meticulously explored every possibility, ensuring they had all the complete information and steps before asking me if I wanted to proceed or let Katie move on. While this is great to know, I ultimately understood that things may change and not be what was thought out to be. I fully understood this and that’s why I was okay either way because they earned my trust and helped Katie feel better right at that moment of pain. They even went the extra mile to research and consult with other professionals to ensure that they had all the information they needed. They checked all the boxes and made sure that everything was in order. This team, along with their sponsors and funders, truly deserve long life and the best things in life. I have never been so trusting and confident with any other team in the past, but knowing that I can always count on this group gives me peace of mind. Life can be unpredictable, and our furry companions are always there for us. We want the best for them, but life throws unexpected challenges our way, especially when we receive the news that we never want to accept for our beloved pets. This team stands out as the best in the field. They don’t mislead us or provide inaccurate information. Instead, they offer us honest and accurate details, ensuring that we have all the options available before making any decisions. Their dedication and expertise make them truly exceptional, and I have unwavering faith that they will continue to provide the best care for their patients for years to come. Thank you all for what you did for Katie girl, I never committed to donations to anyone or place, but to this facility and their mission, I will now and for a while make donations moving forward! I know what was done for me will be done to others who are in need as well! We love you guys💜

We are incredibly thankful for the VEG ER team and the amazing care they gave our Dr. Squiggles! We took Dr. Squiggles in when we noticed he hadn’t been peeing, and we were extra stressed because he’s known for being very feisty at the vet. Squiggles did not hold back from showing the care team his intense spiciness, and yet the doctors handled him with understanding and care. They identified a urinary block and clearly laid out a treatment / care plan for us. We’re sorry he gave the team a tough time (enough to break the ranking scale and warrant a new “Pepper X” designation), but he’s home now and is being a sweet bell pepper boy! We really appreciate VEG ER, and want to especially thank our care team: Dr. Wallach, Carla, Moira, Liz, and Maryan.

It’s hard for me to put into words how amazing the staff get at VEG was. It was the middle of the night and we knew our beloved dog wasn’t going to make it through the night like we hoped. We were waiting until Monday to take her to her vet in hope they could magically heal her. When we had to make the extremely tough decision to help her go peacefully the vet and the nurses were through with the procedure and everything it involved. They even let our baby say goodbye to her by playing with her one last time. I will be forever thankful for them. They hugged me and insured me I was doing the right thing for our precious fur baby. In such a hard situation they made it so easy and heartfelt. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of one of our children. I will recommend this clinic to anyone who is needing emergency care for their sweet fur babies. The room they have for families having to make the extremely difficult decision was warm and inviting. It wasn’t scary, it wasn’t gross, it was good. It’s in the back so you don’t have all the noise of the lobby or the operating rooms.

Our baby we found out has anaphylaxis after we rushed her in for care. They assured me it wasn't my fault and based on all of the tests and imaging it was more than likely a severe reaction to a likely bug bite or sting. We spent about six hours there and I felt involved and comfortable the whole time. Everyone on the team was reassuring and welcomed questions which helps me rationalize what's going on. They followed up with me on some questions I had on medications. Extra thank you for the magic turkey and gravy baby food that made her feel so much better. Luckily she was seen right away and there had to be at least four people attending to her at first. When we were out of the woods and had to be monitored I got to stay with her in a quiet room between check ins. Then she got to thankfully come home with us and is much much better today. Although I left with anxiety about future anaphylactic shock events I feel thankful to be so close.

We had to bring our sweet Balinese cat Kai in for consistent vomiting at midnight. We have used 2 other emergency vets in years past here in oklahoma. I can say hands down this was the best emergency vet we have ever used. They were quick, efficient, had wonderful customer service, and genuinely cared for Kai. The VEG Etobicoke staff and vets were really incredible, especially during such a stressful time. My cat swallowed a sewing needle and they were able to assess her quickly, locate the needle, and remove it without difficulty. I called ahead and they sent a check in form to speed up the process on arrival. We were immediately greeted and taken to a sofa where we could set up and stay close to our pet. There was some wait - all in all we were there for about 5 hours (7pm to midnight on a Monday), but she was seen by a tech immediately and by the vet within half an hour. They communicated with me and each other consistently throughout and I found the environment warm and friendly. I really felt like everyone cared deeply about the wellbeing of my cat, along with all the other animals on site. The clinic is modern and well equipped. Despite not being the closest vet emergency clinic to me, I would absolutely go back here (although of course I hope I don't have to!) because of the exceptional service and care that we received. At one point they came around with snacks for everyone to choose from! Really impressed and would highly recommend.

Let me tell you guys, this place is a blessing. I came out of a double, extremely exhausted, I come home to pet my baby and I feel a bald patch. I was scared, he’s my first pet and as tired as I was I drove all the way to Boston praying it wasn’t anything serious. The staff here (Marcus and Nina, Dr yogo, and Casey) were so amazing. They took such amazing care of my cat, and were so kind and gentle and very understanding. Absolutely the best place to bring your pets! The staff at VEG ER for Pets were incredibly sweet, gentle, and compassionate with my kitten. We were in a really tough spot financially they charged $300, but all we had was $40, and they still took care of him without hesitation. I’ve never seen such kindness and professionalism.
