Dr. Pannone was drawn to VEG ER for Pets because of his previous career in Customer Service and Marketing prior to becoming a vet. This led him to the conclusion that the veterinary industry in general was making a huge mistake by not considering the customer experience an integral part of practice. VEG's philosophy perfectly encapsulated what Dr. Pannone felt was missing from the veterinary field and emergency medicine. His experience at VEG took him from VEG’s New ER Doctor Program to becoming an ER Doctor at VEG in Denver, Boulder, and Edgewater, and an interim Medical Director at VEG in Boulder. Additionally, Dr. Pannone has completed VEG’s ER Cert program.
